The brisket on the brisket nachos is so tender you'll wish you would have gotten the brisket by the pound, and the banana pudding is one of the best I've had in town. 10/10 can't wait to go back"

"The brisket has a wonderful flavor and so tender it almost melts in your mouth but the barbecue sauce is so good I used it anyways. The potato salad is the best I have ever had in years and my daughter in law does not like potato salad and she loved it. The pinto beans are tender and the flavor is wonderful. My husband loved the ribs and the sausage was my other favorite. The Banana Pudding is as good as my mom's recipe! We loved the food so much we decided to go with them for our 40th wedding anniversary celebration and prepaid the tip! The owner came out and caught us in the parking lot and said did you know how much you left for the tip? The owners are honest!!! Please try them out so they will stay in Victoria for years since we want to use them for all of our future events."

"We came to Victoria for an appointment, and after my appointment we found this little place. It's the best BBQ I've had other then my own! The brisket was so tender, my husband's ribs came right off the bone...also oh my German potatos!!!! Must try!!!The girl at the counter was amazing as well she was very patient with us. I was very full after... We will definitely be back if we are ever in Victoria.. also banana pudding was great!!!"

"I discovered this place a few months ago and we have been back several times since. There is nothing there that I have ordered that wasn't fabulous. I get blown away every time I order something different from what I've already had. Today it was the brisket stuffed baked potato. HUGE. Loaded with butter, sour cream, chives, brisket, cheese, and Pico de gallo. I could only eat about a quarter of it, my son ate another quarter of it and half of it is in the fridge for tomorrow. SO GOOD! Omg."

"Wow, first time here and they treated us with such kindness. It was a true joy eating here. We had the brisket and nacho small(it was big,lol), the sausage, brisket double portion because they were out of chicken and ribs. We had the German potatoe, corn and green beans and it was all on point and it was delicious. The ladies had excellent service and were so attentive. Before we left the lady had cooked a small leg quarter that they had left and was too small to sell I think and gifted it to us because they knew we were wanting to try their chicken. We were so impressed and so thankful. This place is a must visit and you will not regret it. We had our 2 year old and 4 year old and they also ate it up and had a nice time. "I got the loaded chopped brisket baked potato, nice. I am deep in the heart of Texas and don't want to leave. They know meat in these parts. Blessed under the big and bright stars at night. Try the sausage also. On Tuesdays they have the brisket sandwiches, chopped or sliced, for $5 each. The banana pudding sealed the deal."
